Built to last…….

I Made Palaguna

Dr. Egon Zehnder has inspired and shaped my life and who I am today. His passing away last November 16, 2021, was an impetus for me to reflect, think and put on paper the foundations and ideals and the "Why" of Wardhana & Co to enable it to be a Firm "built to last".

Wardhana & Co’s aspiration is "to be the Preeminent Indonesian Executive Search Firm". We will achieve that through helping "Cohorts of Companies" find skilled leaders to take them to new heights and helping "Cohorts of Leaders" find and reach their career aspirations and ambitions.

Our values and principles are therefore centered around building trust and mutual respect with our "Cohorts of Companies", -our clients, our "Cohorts of Leaders"-our candidates, and within Wardhana & Co "Connectors".

Clients always come first, their interests ahead of ours. We work to ensure that clients get the best "solution" to their talent needs. Covering the market and presenting interested candidates with the right motivation and competencies to the client's needs. Working together in deciding on the best candidate and finally helping in the integration of the candidate into clients' organizations.

The best joy in our career life is when we see our Candidates thrive and grow in their career journey and their life, able to reach and fulfill their aspirations and ambitions. Understanding their aspirations and interests is key for us and the starting point to building a long-lasting and trusting relationship.

In Wardhana&Co we are “Connectors”. We are passionate about people. We are a Firm of equals with no hierarchy. Everyone is an owner. We care for each other and strive to inspire and bring out the best in each other.

Wardhana&Co is still far from the level we aspire to be, yet we are humbled and grateful to be where we are today. We thank you all, our "Cohorts of Companies and Cohorts of Leaders" for your continued trust, friendship, and support in our journey.
